I agree with kai'sa, xayah and ezreal but I would also say caitlyn deserves a spot up there because of the lane domination a good caitlyn can provide.

"I agree that he is pretty strong, but most wukong I have seen in lower elo just don't know how to play him.
A good wukong can have a high impact on games though, that much is true.
Maybe I am just unlucky with the wukong I get on my team!^^"
