"He has his strong points.
He has some pretty nasty, long range poke
He's also good at safely AFK pushing a lane. Useful for keeping agressive mid laners from roaming (LeBlanc/Sion/Kassadin/etc)
He's viable but you'd have to build a team around him to make him effective."
