Views: 3134 Trying to play LoL alone

Well, lets try this to be a little bit informing and maybe funny.
So, why did I wrote this blog and what is the main reason. I will tell you why.
It all started, that I wanted to play a normal 5v5 in Summoners Rift. Normally, I want to improve my elo in the last couple of weeks, but a few hours ago, I decided to try again a normal game.
Well, I waited a few seconds and there we are in the champion selection! Almost instantly two guys called their roles (top and mid) and the other took after a few seconds jungle. Well, so there were only two more options available. The AD Carry or Support.
Since I think of myself being good as those two roles, I told the other guy, he can go for whatever he wants. In the very last 5 seconds he choosed Nunu. So I went fast forward to pick Ashe. Changed my masteries and runes and everything pretty fast.
So against did I played there at bottom lane? I was against a Sivir and Sona. Everything was fine, I was farming decently, just the common life in the bottom lane. Except our top lane. It was a Garen vs Irelia. Garen asked why our jungler didn't ganked one single time, when the enemy jungler ganked for more then three times.
It all began here. Asking for ganks, if your lane is pushed at the enemy tower is impossible. Even telling him that in a positive and gentle attitude, it was useless.
So what should I do? I wasn't doing bad against that Sivir/Sona combo but we were not winning. After getting ganked and being dead, I told them that we have to farm. Garen was pretty surprised by that and wrote, that we then have to avoid teamfights.
5 seconds later, all of my teammates died in a teamfight, while I was farming at bottom lane under my second turret. The game ended of course in a loss for me.
Actually, I didn't felt like it was my fault, but every LoL player thinks that. Because of that, I even asked my enemy bottom lane, where my mistakes were and how to improve. In the after game chat they confirmed, that I literally couldn't do anything better.
After that, I got a interesting discussion with my support. He told me, that not anything is about farm. It's about kills and trading and even told me, that I could go with such a playstyle to CLG.
Well, I do know that I'm not the best in this game. But even after advising my team several times not to initiate a fight, telling our jungler that there is ward at bot and all that tiny things, which helps you.
Tl:Dr Complaining about playing a 5v5 game with people I don't know. I should go and play with my friends, if they are back.

1) Get ready. Put some music on. Decide what I'll be playing (either a certain role or anything they tell me to play)
2) Once in-game mute any ******* that ruins your mood by saying "you're a noob", "haha noob", etc. Doesn't matter if he's on the enemy or your team.
3) Derping allowed as long as I don't feed too much. Then I have no right to mute them cause they're right. Derping spices up the game but feeding doesn't. There's a difference between the two.
4) If anyone on the enemy team rages hard I just enjoy myself and laugh at them.
That's what I usually do. Works 60% of the time.
Also that guy is kinda right. You shouldn't farm all game. He's also wrong though. Getting kills doesn't win a game. You need farm too. Basically you need to create a good mix between farm and kills/fights.
