I only didnt agree with the "and you cannot even zone with it because you need to last hit." (line 14), because you can still be able to use blue card to last hit minion without wasting Stacked Deck :D

Other than that guys, going armor pen quintesses (yes, armor pen quintesses, you read it), is good if you are that type of person that rushes Botrk. But note, this wont be that good if your enemy...
