"But doesn't dodge counter one's own armor? I mean, if you got 60% dodge chance (not likely in most cases), doesn't that mean armor is useless almost half the time, while the damage reduction stacks with your armor? :)

"Okay thanks, I thought that they were nerfed too, but at least the damage reduction is 100%, so it's basically like receiving one dodge every 10 times, which equals 10% dodge, which is 2% less than old boots.
So a 2% nerf huh? :)"
