"Well up to lvl 30 (when I started) I had more loses than wins in solo queue, now I have more wins, but still it doesn't mean anything. On lvl 30 you will meet many players with different skill. Some of them will be way better than you, some should go back to playing lvl 10 -.-. "

Yes I know it is but I had a problem how to catch it exactly as on the 2nd point you get 4% instead of 3%, so just wrote the whole IP that it would require.
Also I made it only for problematic choices that people have with it (me included).
