"Your entire gameplay section is just one chapter on mushroom placement. No explanation on items and masteries. What lane are you playing him on? You can't go in a lane without flat armor yellows, else you go squish extremely early on."

Wrong runes. Correct runes for garen should be armor pen reds and either flat AD or movement speed quints.
Wrong masteries. Correct masteries should be 9/21/0.
Also, you left out one crucial defensive item - spirit visage, which is a great MR it"
