"
Flat reds all the way, regardless of noob or not. If you don't want to use flat AD, then use attack speed. It is bad to tell a noob to use a useles"

"You know what's wrong about your build? Your runes.
I can understand your reasoning behind the 1/28/1 masteries though I disagree with them, but the runes are a mistake. The flat AD and especially the one crit chance red shouldn't be there. Correct offensive reds for taric are magic pen."

"Interesting idea with the red pot. +/-0 because guide really needs much more, including coding. What about matchups? For example, the easiest way to counter fiora is to stick a tank in her lane."

"I see where you're coming from, yet you forget one very important advantage of flat runes: faster starting clears.
Attack speed reds would be more useful tbh."

"AD runes can never be scaling. Always remember that the total amount of stats granted by runes is tiny (it has to be, otherwise high level players would have too great of an advantage). So, most of the time, people pick flat runes to have the greatest immediate advantage."
