"Rushing lethality helps you get an early snowball while rushing crit doesn't do anything for you until you get infinity edge or life steal.
Lethality is also a choice that should be taken only when the enemy team comp is squishy enough to justify its use.

"Noticed right away that it didn't display Master Yi as a top laner. Was wondering why, because he is way more of a top laner than Warwick and just about every famous master yi main plays him top lane, not just jungle. His top lane win rate in high elo is also 68%. "

1: Mana cost would be high if you were consistently planning on farming with abilities. Focus abilities toward your opponent.
2: Richochet's level scaling is based on Sivir's attack damage. Meaning early game you aren't scaling that ability very high, so it doesn't "
