He's also a fairly "weak" jungler without good runes/masteries.
Warwick is a much better low level jungler, as well as cheaper than Xin Zhao.

"The only 2 AS items I have ever considered getting on him were Wit's end and Trinity force. Other than that, he doesn't need a lot of AS. It is fun though to do a full AS Jayce if you're just messing around."

"I'm pretty sure that someone reported that issue a while ago with runic skin, I.E. Galio passive.
So, like I said in that thread, it might be conflicting with the skin BBC linking that was set up recently.
From a smidge of testing, it looks like "skin" gets filtered out of the BBC."
