What happens if he gets Locus of Power on starting rotation? How will that work with point blank AoE abilities like Eclipse?

Like, double Doran's into a Frozen mallet. HP stacking is real strong against him because he does a lot of mixed damage. hemmorage does magic damage and decimate does physical.
Early hexdrinker will also help prevent you from dying to the bleed that is his passive.

Honestly. If you have an extra life, why not make it harder to cancel?
Boots of swiftness, while not the #1 choice all the time, makes you faster counteracting the slow speed of Anivia.
