"He lacks damage honestly.
His Q that does 25% of their HP is reduced by MR. Unless you're doing magic-pen Mundo, it's not a great skill. It also doesn't scale at all.
The damage from W is terrible and E scales on how hurt you are. His kit doesn't mesh well together, because he revolves around he"

4) I assume you're playing Kog so... scaling MR. In general, scaling MR is better."

You don't even have to upgrade it and some top lane champs like the CDR. GP for example."
