"You realize that Tier lists are opinions, right?
If I made a 1200 ELO tier list, supports would be bottom of tier 4 simply because of how useless they are in solo queue unless your team is good."

"Flat always comes before percentages.
It all stacks "additively" and you will get the same number every time.
FoN is also .35% of your max HP, not +.5% of your HP regen."
