Sure his ganks are decent but, they are only good after 6.

You can convert PSD to files usable in gimp. You don't have all the layers and stuff, I think, but you get to see everything and make edits to it."

Teemo+5PD? Yes he gets to points fast but, he gets taken down in like... 0.1 seconds and therefore can't capture any points. He's also useless in fending off attackers."
