"IMO, Anivia's better. Free GA, AoE slow that doubles as a stun, AoE/DoT slow and, a will to assist escapes/kills.
Brand has massive damage though.
Summary:
Anivia: Better caster in general. Harder to learn. Sucks is mobile team fights.
Brand: "Larger" damage output due to passive+ "

"Let's see... Gragas has his Body slam which gives great mobility and will get him places easier than powerball can. It's a bit finicky though and can backfire. It is the only skill that has a base movespeed increase that scales on levels... I think."
