After a certain time though, it becomes, "wander around" time.
Anyone with a speed boost is a strong pick and should run top immediately.
CPs should be taken at every opportunity because, while they're being neutralized, they still deal damage.

"He's not a good support. He's better suited to jungling or solo mid really. He needs to deal damage to be a threat and, 0CS support makes him not be able to do so. Also, he has the highest no ult burst at level 6. Plus, with good co-ordination, it becomes even stronger with the root."

Zil's no support. He's an AP caster and should go mid. Later game, his power tapers off and he should stick to support. If he's playing "traditional" support with no CS, his ult is worthless.
