"That's kind of ridiculously OP. I mean, at level 1, on a 20 second cooldown, we can have the vision half of destiny.
Then, at 6, we have a teamwide stealth. Sure it won't really be used like that at level 6 because they'll be bot lane, but it's still a couple seconds of stealth for y"
