"wRAth. Play Megaman 2 on the NES or an emulator. Got to Metal Man's stage. Get to around 1/5 through the level. There will be a ton of things on the screen and his eyes will begin to seizure out. Don't debate my nerd culture with me. I know my stuff."

"Megaman's eyes and his body are separate sprites. So they can bypass the 4 color limit.
His body is 4 colors. Blue, Cyan, black and the peach color for his face. His eyes are simply black and white. They're stacked on top of each other."
