"It's not 1/3.
It takes the strongest slow and then the secondary slow gets applied to remainder.
So, if you get slowed by... 35% and 15%, you would get slowed by first the 35% and then, the 15% would take 15% of the remaining 65% and tack that number onto the 35% giving you a slow of 44.75%"

"Lower the passive gold conversion on his passive. he becomes unstoppable just by stacking HP and still deals a ton of damage.
Possibly change the wind part of W to a buff/de-buff depending on faction.

"New info and I was too lazy to edit my old post. Black Cleavers do not stack. If you have more than one, it will just increase how fast you get to the 3 stack limit.
Now that you have coding, it's broken in your "Skill sequence" section.

Nasus and Atmogs...
So, I was listing off all the champs from memory when I stumbled upon some odd numbers...
I was thinking putting Atmogs on Nasus because of how well he farms and, the synergy it has with his ult....
