1- You should at least master 2 AD champions. If not more. One ranged and one melee. There is no "list" of AD champs everyone should learn. Every one is different and better in different situations.
2- Yes. This is a must. Learning tanks and Supports is a huge priorit"

"I stumbled upon this in the past. He's not so great at it and he relies on RNG far, far too much. His ganks are not the best and his only CC is a stun which has to be "charged" first. Then, you have 7 seconds to get to lane and use it.
TL;DR--- It's not really practical."
