"I think that 90% of the reason she's going to be "good" is the range and mobility. She doesn't have a whole lot of CC so, there's that. And she doesn't spike at 6 unless the jungler's around when she does. However, her gank setup is amazing.

Katarina dies pretty easily if you CC her during her ult, which she stands still for.
Annie is actually pretty useful though.
