I played her once or twice the week she was free. I'm not sure how difficult she is to stop though. I know he passive+Merc Treads makes her almost completely impossible to"

In that order: No, the stun doesn't effect him.
Flash Frost's slow doesn't. I do think the ult's slow does though.
No he cannot. It still counts as terrain.
To the Blitz/Anivia combo, I do believe it would hit all 4 times."
