"Self casting is automatically using it on yourself if you can.
Smart casting is casting the spell wherever you have your cursor over. Like Lay Waste or Transcendent Blades' direction."

"No. Spell vamp only activates if you are using an ability. Life steal only works on auto attacks and I think abilities that apply "on-hit effects""

Smart and self casting
Who has the "best" skill set to use these on?
I know Ezreal and Kassadin have spells that are good to smartcast but, who else?
