I don't think masteries are accounted for in the final stats because MOBA doesn't have icons for them yet so, it doesn't add in. Item order is usually discussed in it's ow"

Only use the Mastery and rune planner for, I don't know, planning your stuff. You have to actually start making your guide and place the masteries in yourself."
