"Shiv is generally better because it's comparatively much more powerful in early and mid game giving you extra burst, waveclear and poke power. If the game goes late PD is better for sustained single target DPS."

"My favorite Graves buff idea was making true grit fall off one stack at a time. Either that or a small mana cost reduction on Q. I don't think he really needs anything more than a minor buff to be strong again, anything more would probably Corki him."

"To be honest it's not that big of a buff. You need 200 AD to equal the old max rank W, Q deals much less damage in lane and the W application on her ult is magical, which is inherently worse than the physical damage that was there before unless it's much more damage (which it isn't)."
