"Exhaust actually impacts burst far more than it does autoattacks. If you're autoattacking a guy and get exhausted, you just walk away and forget the whole thing. If you've already used your W to go all-in you're pretty fucked."

"I think it was a really good buff, holding mana for W is no longer nearly as much of an issue and R is more spammable. His lategame is still shit but his early/mid is pretty insane."
