This is a catch-all argument. Frozen Heart, Randuin's Omen and Dodge counters any AD carry. It doesn't mean anything as regards to how powerful she is. "

I can assure you though, all champions have 200% Crit Damage by default. No idea what system Mobafire is using to make it show up as 0%."

"I agree, I've lost every lane I've played on Singed.
In my opinion at the moment when you pick him (in lane) you're taking a gamble on your ability to survive earlygame. If you can make it through laning without getting too far behind, Singed becomes godly."
