"Winter I think what Searz meant is that ArP (usually) applies to physical scaling abilities, so even if your champions relies on those more than autoattacks ArP is generally still better.
There's probably some exceptions to that though."

"Back in my day we didn't have co-op vs AI.
I can understand people being angry at someone trying something in a ranked game, but in normals I think it's really not a big deal. I don't really care all that much if my allies do badly as long as they're trying and they don't flame."
