"I've heard Energy runes are terrible, so I wouldn't go with those. Reds is obviously Magic Pen. For blues I would suggest AP/level and for quints AP. Yellows is a little harder to choose, if you are laning top armour would definitely be good. For mid, HP/level might work too."

"No offence, but playing all the way to 30 in co-op games was...a little silly. You're probably going to get matched with people who have been playing normals all the way up to 30 with a lot more experience than you.
Just don't expect to go anything like 31/0/11. And don't play ranked. :P"
