"I was talking about pounds, not dollars; £20 is according to google around $32. Unfortunately most countries get a hefty price increase over the US, especially on electronics.

"That's why I said it should only be getting HIGH stacks when he's in a fight vs other champions. Something like what you said was what I was thinking. I'm no designer though, and getting half a stack seems to be a little confusing."

"I would like to QQ now, because it seems that in the mini-patch this morning Riot screwed up something to do with my ISP, and now everyone using my ISP is getting freezes of 5 or so seconds every 30~60 seonds.
Needless to say my teammates weren't terribly happy with me when I played earlier."
