Posted a Comment: Apr 15th, 2014 "I changed a few things. To be honest though the bottom of tier 2 and the top of tier 3 is so close together that it's a pretty arbitrary distinction. There's really very little difference between most of the tier 2 and 3 champions but I had to decide on something. This is pretty much why tier lists "

I definitely have a bias towards competitive/5v5 play and something of a bias against Sivir. With Corki I mostly placed him so high purely because he's been getting played a lot recently competit"
