"There's that, plus it does nothing against the movespeed. Also with multiple Heals on a team (which is quite common now) it will only reduce the first one."

It was hugely buffed, it now heals for more, removes ignite's heal reduction (after the heal is applied), grants 30% MS for 2 secs and is on a much lower cooldown. It now targets yourself and one...
