Greater Seal of Magic Resist is bad. Take greater Seal of armor.
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is viable, but greatly outclassed my Greater mark of hybrid penetration.
Not too sure about Greater Quintess"

I would recommend either 9/21/0 for the extra damage or 0/21/9 for utility. But I really would not recommend 0/30/0."
