"sporry, but no. all your items (SoTD, Wit's End, Tiamat) are great except that they null the point of Rico. It specifically says only "doesn't proc on-hit effects" making all of their passives worthless. the masteries, runes, and skill order are good, but don't get items with on-hit effect"
