Rengar has 1 spell that can be used twice in a row, both times it will deal 80% of your ability power.
In total, that would be 160% of your AP.
In order to deal 160% again, you must wait around 10"

If the tips were given by pros doesn't necessary mean its true.
It is a lot of work to bring a new account all the way to lvl 30, and when you are below lvl 30, you will make the same mistakes as you used to, because everyone (with all due respect) sucks below lvl 30.
