It is 62, which makes his autoattacks chunk the enemy at levels 1-3. You should talk about early intiaites or harassment, because taric is good at that. The greater seals of replenishment are not"

I play theoddone style , u can play differently . Ghost is better then flash on hecarim actually . In my opinion , I use flash , but in high levels of play ghost is waaay better ."
