For your rune choices, I do not recommend getting cooldown reduction glyphs. They are just bad, and lee sin does not need lower cooldowns. Anyways, early game you will be able to take blue buff if you really want it.

I have a few issues with your build though :p
Why do you buy atma’s impaler so early? Buy it after frozen mallet, where it actually helps. Also, frozen mallet is not so good late game, and should be bought as soon as possible after wits end, mercurys treads and wriggles.

Why do you take so many attack speed runes?? They add up to a small amount, and you really don’t need it. Take desolation early game, and then drop out either black cleaver or last whisperer. You do not need both those items, that is a bit overkill.

Here are some things you may want to think about!
Buying frozen mallet late is a bad decision, because its passive slow is so good in the roaming/laning phase. However, it is not a good early item to buy. So buy it mid way in your build, maybe replacing frozen heart.

Do not get cooldown reduction runes, take 9 magic resist. You do not need that tiny little cooldown reduction, and your only defensive item is guardian’s angel, at the END of your build.
