"Nothing can really "prove" a guide is good at 1300 because anything works in that elo. I'm not saying your bad, in fact I play in that elo for less "seriousness" , but I can say persoanlly that everything from ap shaco to ad lux can work in 1300.
I would say that to prove it "

"i don’t understand why you are buying tear of the goddess, amumu does not need mana at all. If you are buying it for the damage, here is a better choice. Liandry’s torment gives insane damage with your w, and gives you penetration as well as hp.
