My vote is for Vayne.
Unless you hate ADC role. Vayne is such a fun champion to play because of her hard mechanics.

You dont really need those two if you're playing with 2-3 other people you know. The vision from tracker would be more beneficial if you're coordinating with your team mates properly.
But if you're solo-Que then yeah take stalker or skirmishes. "
