"He has some of the best sustain in the game, and is still strong through most points of the game. I don't know why people don't play him, he has great laning, nearly impossible to gank (with pool of blood), etc. "

"I could be wrong, I don't lane as udyr very often. But I believe priorities are Turtle > Tiger > Bear
with only 3 points in pheonix. Pheonix is more of a jungling ability, where as you want to focus on turtle to stay in lane as long as possible"

"16? Try someone who is 12. The build is incorrect on a number of levels. For one, Toxic Shot (E) is better than Blinding Dart (Q) and should take priority in leveling up.
also you can't take noxious trap at level 10 and 12. You can take it at a level 6, 11, and 16.

"AP Kog is actually pretty viable and has a decently strong late game.
Sniper Ashe (AP Ashe) is fun, her arrow can absolutely wreck.

"Leviathan is pretty terrible in theory. Assuming it is for tanks, and tanks are subject to dying instead of carries, it would be very difficult to maintain stacks. "
