"Yeah, jungling before you have proper runes / masteries is very difficult and slow. I agree with Polse, try it out once you get some tier 3 runes.
It is best to have a jungler so your team overall has more exp, but not always going to happen at low levels. :("

Problem is it doesn't really fit anywhere with the current forum headings (LoL, Create and Share, ETC).

"They are right. Rep is not supposed to be "aim for this number so I can get this" that's why we didn't want the numbers public in the first place. We can't stop you from figuring them out though.
I also agree that saying "Only X reps till ______" to me always seems like ""

"He carries games through strong ganks and ridiculous teamfighting abilities. His initiations are one of the strongest in the game. Catching people offguard and making a teamfight 5v4 is a great advantage.
He's one of the strongest junglers in the game imo, so I say YES! :)"
