Go back to normals and practice one role and get really good with it (be able to do other roles, but excel in this one). Then go back to ranked games. Type in chat that "

Dodge in and out of the fight when you're cooldowns are up since unless you have lich bane your auto attacks won't do muc"

Just because you report them doesn't mean they'll be punished, we'll just delete the extra comments and won't warn them or anything"
