"Yes DEWO, no doubt that arpen runes will win at lvl 18. And like I said I'd still buy arpen reds, mpen reds, and attackspeed reds before you even THOUGHT about buying ad reds (probably in that order too, you can still jungle with arpen reds even if it's not as fast as attackspeed reds)"

"Flat ap blues is silly, use CDR. You dominate lane with just the mpen. Don't try to double bomb every time you can or you will run out of mana prettyyyyy fast. Only double bomb for a kill secure or if for some reason you're having no mana problems.
