"1. You would have your match history open in LoL.
2. Hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard.
3. Hit paste while an imaged editing program is open (MS Paint, Paint.net, Photoshop).
4. There should be your screencap of your scores.
5. Now crop it to only show your match history, and voila"
