"Keep in mind that in Ranked games the playstyle is typically more passive. Lots of Vlad players like to be crazy and dive people under towers and get firstblood and things like that. That is a big no no in ranked. I wouldn't even try to start harassing the enemy until you are lvl 5 so your Q is on a"

"I don't know a lot about super high elo play, but he's definitely not bad. Honestly, if you really enjoy playing him then you should! And if you just start playing you will definitely have time to save up more IP to buy more champs that may be more commonly used in high elo play. :)"
