"Malady is team-oriented and Wit's End might have more DPS on low-MRes targets overall, but it doesn't help your team's damage, either. I think if you're getting Banshee's Veil, you can get by without the MRes from Wit's End. I like Wit's End, but Malady is better for teamfigh"

"With the ASpd you'll already be building, I'm not sure Berserker's Greaves are necessary. The more ASpd you have, the less you'll notice that extra 25.
Overall these are all items I'd take in this kind of combination on Kayle, except for maybe Banshee's Veil. But even that is a respec"
