Posted a Comment: "AP isn't that high, considering this is an AP build. Her ult actually scales ONLY off of AD if you build this way, and make it rain scales ONLY off of AP as well. This really needs a lot more AP. On-hit effects for double up can keep that AD skill from being worthless - you mention Lich Ba"
