"I can see where youre going with. A Tear gives Ashe that early harras and spam, and Ashe her early is pretty weak. So giving her that makes her easier in early game. But the main role of Ad carrys is their late game, and invest their items on late game items. So I do agree in some way on the tear, b"

"Its a pretty simple and basic guide for Teemo. Try and add more detail and more layout, like colours, pictures and fonts. Things like that. Also I prefer to build my Teemo differently, but you can see so in my guide"
