i think they should adjust the passive to,
Leona can activate additional magic damage herself (or perhaps 50% effect) if there are no ally champion in 1000 range.
Leona will never be a fighter if she cant activate herself, "

2nd back, i get Sheen, it cost 1200 gold, good amount mana and incredible unique passive.
3rd back, normal tank item,

E is super useful while i can dmg few champs at one time, support my carry to chase them down,
