CDR is definitly one of the most important stats. garen has normally way to long cooldowns, especially on his ultimate early. With fast 35% CDR he can spam his spells unlimited "

"Great guide, pretty similar to my. Some things I have read:
Ninja Tabi: You can use them to counter someone like riven top lane pretty hardcore
CDR Boots: Most of the time, you will not be the initator, cuz garen has no real way to initiate. Either have somebody else which is tanky"
