"If you play at the 3vs3 map 1vs1 with all things allowed (means you can jungle, etc...), udyr wins. He has great sustain and will finally outtiger the enemy. He even beated jax before jax was nerfed and udyr buffed.^^"

"Promote should be great for winning lanes in which you struggle a bit. Maybe also at a 1vs2 lane(teleport+promote).
rally/Surge will be great for supports. I think supports, which doesn't rely on initiation, will run now Clairvoyance+Rally/Surge.
