"Jungle Kha is really good, but he's also really squishy, so i'm theorizing that he would get stomped by tanky junglers like Skarner. I think his top lane is better since you can constantly proc passive.
Brutalizer is good because you get mixed damage from passive, while his Q and kit is physical"
